Those professionals who are interested in practically implementing the knowledge gained through the ITIL® certification can sit for the ITIL® Online Expert course. ITIL® can be achieved only by accumulating 22 credits from all the certifications. During the training sessions, the delegates gain knowledge through virtual classes. An exposure to the basic concepts of ITIL® and its terminology is recommended.

01 Course Pre-requisites

The candidate must have 22 credits before attending ITIL® Online Expert course
The delegate must hold ITIL® Foundation Certification before attending this course

02 Course Overview

ITIL® Expert is a cohesive training programme that includes all ITIL® intermediates certifications into one. Both the Service Lifecycle and the Service Capability form a part of the ITIL® Expert curriculum.

Exam

At the end of the course, the delegates have to sit for an exam to get certified. The exam is a Multiple Choice Questions type and will be of scenario based. Each question has 4 options to choose from. The candidate requires getting a score of 70% to get through the exam.
The exam must be completed in a given time only
English would be used as default language during the exam.
