What's Included
This course makes up one of the modules which go together to form the ITIL 4 Managing Professional stream. The 2 days of training looks at the ‘core’ service management activities involved in the ITIL framework, as well as the ‘creation’ of services as newly covered by ITIL 4. Middlesbrough is the biggest industrial city on the bank of the river in North Yorkshire, north-east England. This local council is the Borough Council.
