ABOUT THE COURSE

The ITIL Foundation Bridge course provides the ideal way for those who already hold ITIL Foundation certification to update their knowledge in line with ITIL 4. As a shortened version of our ITIL 4 Foundation training, the course lasts one day and is optimised to take previous knowledge and experience into consideration.

All the new features of ITIL 4 will be covered, from its main concepts, principles and practices, to how it works with other modern IT approaches including Agile, DevOps and Lean. You will also preapre to take the ITIL 4 Foundation exam after the course.
