Climate
Leeds has an oceanic climate influenced by the Pennines and the Atlantic. Winters are chilly, cloudy with occasional snow while summers are mild, with moderate rainfall. Subsidiary office of the Bank of England in the UK is located in Leeds. In 2012 GVA for Leeds was recorded at Euro 18.8 billion with entire city region of Leeds generating Euro 56 billion economy.
