ITIL® Practitioner

The ITIL® Practitioner exam certifies that you are able to adopt and adapt ITIL® guidance and apply it in a real-world context. It is important to note that ITIL® Practitioner is not a prerequisite for ITIL® Intermediate level qualifications. The ITIL® Practitioner Certification will provide you with 3 credits towards the ITIL® Expert qualification. Furthermore, ITIL® will also provide you with 15 points towards your ITIL® digital badge. This makes this qualification a worthwhile investment.

*After completing 1 day of classroom training and successfully passing your Foundation Exam, the second day of this course is a flexible exam preparation day to complete at your convenience in order to prepare you to take and pass your Practitioner exam online.

About Corby

Corby

Corby town is located in the county of Northamptonshire, England. It is located at a distance of 23 miles northeast of the Northampton. Borough had a population of 61,300 according to 2011 census. In 2010 figures were released that revealed that Corby has fastest growing population in the whole of England and Northamptonshire. This town was once known as “Little Scotland” due to a large number of migrant workers from Scottish who came to Corby for working in Steel industry. With the opening of Corby railway station, a large regeneration process started in this town. In 2009 Corby International Pool and 2010 Corby Cube building was opened. Corby Borough Council offices are located in Corby and also houses 450 seat theatre, public library and other amenities for the community.

Employment and Education

Jobs in Corby is partial towards manufacturing and against health, education and administration. Many industries are built on the fences of the town. In Corby, Fairline Boats are manufactured. In the north of the city, Weetabix Limited make Weetos. Near Rockingham Speedway RS components are situated. Amy’s Kitchen recently opened a factory in Corby, and here it manufactures products for UK market.

According to 2011 census, Corby had a population of 61,225 which comprises 85% white Britishers and 9.1% other white people, 1.4% mixed race, 1.7% Black and 1.4% Asian. Corby’s least white people are located in British ward of Oakley Vale.

Education wise Corby has various colleges. Tresham Institute of Further and Higher education, Corby campus provides a broad range of courses for post 16 students and other learners. Nearest universities located are the University of Northampton, 23 miles to the south. Both De Montfort University in Leicester and University of Leicester and 25 miles to the west. In England, Brooke Weston Academy was one of fifteen CTCs and was opened in 1990. Brooke Weston CTC continuously achieves better examination results, and since September 2008, it has been a City Academy. Corby has 17 primary schools out of which two are Church of England Schools and three Roman Catholic Schools. One school is for children with significant problems.

Does the course include exams?

All our classroom ITIL® courses include exams as part of the course.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, VISA and American Express. We also accept payment by cheque or wire transfer.

What time shall I arrive at the venue?

Please arrive at the venue for 08:45am.

What are the hours of the course?

Training hours are approximately 9am – 5pm.

What is the latest date that I can sign up for the class?

You can sign up for the course up until the day before class begins. However, we have limited seating capacity and many of our courses fill up well in advance. We therefore advise students to register at least a few weeks before the course begins.
